I found in the 1900 census, Justice Precint 2, Milam Co., Texas pg. 21A Percy A. Bailey ( Ancestry.com has it indexed as Bardes) born 10-1876 Texas, father Rhode Island, mother Texas Lula born 9-1883 Texas, father born Georgia, mother born Alabama next door to them is a William Pritchett family ( Ancestry.com has it indexed as Pritchett, I cannot read the name on the census page well enough to say what the spelling is) William Pritchett 12-1850 Georgia, parents born Georgia Susan 7-1846 Alabama, father S. Carolina, mother Alabama, married 16 years. A. Joseph 1-1873 Georgia, parents Georgia Madline 10-1881 Georgia, parents Georgia ( the name looks to be Madline but this person is listed as a son) It looks to me that William and Susan are Lula's parents, but A. Joseph and Madline had a different mother I can not find Percy or Romalice or the William Pritchett family in any other census. I did find this Port Sullivan Cemetery, Milam County, Texas BAILEY, Lula, Wife of P. A. BAILEY, Sep. 30, 1883 - July 30, 1920 The birth date matches, the death date of 1920 could be a typo. You can visit or write to the Port Sullivan cemetery and see what they have for a death date and any other info on file. If you get the correct death date you can get her death certificate.
