You don't have any expertise (EXPERT) in Washington State...but that doesn't seem to stop you from posting anywhere in the world. If you don't know how or can't WHY do you post? For two years now I've been trying to teach you HOW to do genealogy; but still you continue to post WRONG suggestions, wrong family members, wrong leads, etc. You can NOT do genealogy.
