Hello. I'd like to find Edward SHARE on the 1891 Canada census. He'd be in Halifax County, possibly in Halifax the city as well. He was born about 1836, supposedly in England, though that part I'm not positive on. He should be with his wife Margaret. I'd like to locate the marriages of some siblings from a family that has eluded me. They are from Lynn, Essex, Massachusetts. There are 6 siblings, but i do not know how many of them reached adulthood. They are children of Thomas Clarkson CUMMINGS (b Sampson Cummings) and Elizabeth CHAPMAN. William Wirt CUMMINGS: b 8 oct 1832 Lynn, Essex, Massachusetts Mary Elizabeth CUMMINGS: b 29 sep 1834 Lynn M. Antoinette CUMMINGS: b abt 1836 in Mass (possible Marie, or Mary?) Charles CUMMINGS: b abt 1838 in NY (poss Batavia, Genessee, NY area) Hester A CUMMINGS: b abt 1842 in NY (poss Batavia area) Catherine B CUMMINGS: b 12 dec 1845 in Lynn. Catherine married a man with the surname CARR. I was told their marriage is indeed in the NEHGS. I figure these would have wed int he 1850s-60s, given their age. I don't expect them all, but even one would be helpful, especially to know if they even lived to adulthood lol I found no death records for them in the records up to 1849. I'm hoping someone has directories for the Batavia, Genessee, New York area for any of the years from 1834-1845. I have a Sampson CUMMINGS who supposedly lived in that area during some of that time. At least one of his children was supposedly born there, about 1840-1841. He changed his name to Thomas Clarkson CUMMINGS in 1848, but it's always possible that he went by that name before then. Can anyone find this man in any directories for me? I'd love to narrow down when he actually lived there.
