Author: angelrgamm Surnames: Moreland Classification: lookup Message Board URL: http://boards.rootsweb.com/topics.researchresources.lookups.lookups/2872.1.1/mb.ashx Message Board Post: Thanks for the transcription of Noah Moreland's WWII draft card. It's him, but I'm disappointed to still not know his parents' names--I was hoping to hit it lucky. And the birth date and place of birth throws me for a little loop as well because I was sure (and still am pretty darn sure) that Noah was born 1 Jun 1893 in Mountain View, AR. So far, trying to learn anything new about my g-grandfather, or trying to pin down for sure anything that I think I know about Noah has proven virtually impossible. For some reason, he's a very elusive character. Oh, well. By the way, I'm Angela from Oklahoma, if anyone cares to know. Important Note: The author of this message may not be subscribed to this list.
