    3. You might consider the possibility that, if she downloaded in the last couple of days, the file may be corrupted. FTDNA is in Houston and hurricane conditions could be affecting communication. She might just try waiting a few days and downloading a new file. The file should be zipped when uploaded to Gedmatch.
