Now I can't empty the shopping cart and start over so I signed out and tried to order from FTDNA's Home page but the screen says that FF can't be ordered because it already exists, whatever that means. How do I empty my shopping cart and start over? I want both kits shipped to me and I do not want to identify the individuals who are taking the test. I need to get these orders in before the coupons expire tomorrow night. Please advise.
