It sounds to me like Lindsey has logged out and wants to create new accounts, but something in the browser is "stuck". I've had that happen before. If I clear my familytreedna.com cookies, the problem is resolved and I can order new kits. Google "delete specific cookies" (without the quotes) plus your browser (example delete specific cookies chrome) to learn how to delete just your FTDNA cookies while leaving the rest in place. Then go back to the website, don't log in, and order each kit individually. You do have to enter some sort of name - just use your own name or a made-up name for now and you can change it later when you know who will be using the kits.
