    3. The test we want to see from the new tool is not the confirmation of a known triangulation group. Rather, we want to see what happens when the two sides who appear to share a segment actually don’t match each other, because one is a paternal cousin and the other a maternal cousin. If the new tool can correctly determine that those two sides do not match each other, then the tool does in fact have access to the missing third side.
