    3. The underlying problem appears to be that FTDNA is rejecting files that don't meet some (overly) specific requirement about the contents. We have not been able to deduce what that is, since the uploads work perfectly well at other sites, but it may have something to do with the exact number of rows of data. I think you'll have to wait until the IT department at FTDNA relaxes their requirements. There is a very long thread on the FTDNA forums about this problem.
