    3. This may be a bit tricky with your customized columns, but it seems like there should be a way to use Excel's tool to delete duplicate rows. You would append a fresh download to your master spreadsheet, lining up the columns to match your custom layout. Then tell Excel to delete duplicates based on the data in certain columns.
