My sis got an email that she's a member of a class action lawsuit settlement against 23.  My wife and I got no such letter.  Supposedly the 1st date is the date 23 started to accept specimens.  And my sis got her kit way after my wife and I did.  My wife and I could use the discounted kits.  I just got a blow off letter from the company handling the dispersal.  Anyone know why some of us are not included?  (My sis has V4 and wife and I have V2.)
