    3. Glad you got it sorted out Wesley, I figured the code box at the beginning threw you, I was thrown by it the first time too. When folks are used to seeing something in a certain place - last step in the ordering process - it's easy to miss when it is placed somewhere different. Same reason there was so much grief going from MS products menu bars to the stupid 'ribbon'. They totally moved everything around after having set a standard for years and completly flummoxed all their users-- many switched to Open Office to avoid the frustration at the time. Luckily I was a heavy keyboard shortcut user and those didn't change. It is frustrating though and I feel your pain.
