If anyone is still have issues getting the CoA download at DNAGedcom, please send an email to support2@dnagedcom.com with your DNAGedcom user name. Some of the files are very large and need time to build. The other issue I am seeing is that once the download has completed, people are trying to download the 23andMe folder in the View files area. This will cause an error. You need to click on the folder "23andMe" in the left hand column and then the files will be in the right hand column.
