There's also the Who Do You Think You Are symposiums. ISOGG usually has a table there, and you can tell them you'll sponsor a test for a particular surname. To do that, you'll need to post on ISOGG your surname search, and whether you're willing to sponsor surname tests. Posting on ISOGG is a good plan, anyway.
