To add to Karin's advice, the very large file many of us will get (one file with all the COA data, not multiple files) may be too large to open fully in Excel. My version of Excel gave an error message with advice on how to separate out the data into multiples using a text editor (Notepad or whatnot). Excel then opened the file except that the end of the alphabet was not included. So don't panic, the data is there, but you may need to take additional steps to see all of it.
