I have been attempting to download COA files with the utility in Dnaged. one of the messages that I am getting is this: Server Error in '/' Application. ------------------------------ *The process cannot access the file 'F:\HostingSpaces\DNAGedcom\DNAGedcom.com\wwwroot\App_Data\Members\M E C\23AndMe\genealogy1_verizon.net_23andMe_COA.csv' because it is being used by another process* What am I doing wrong? Do I have to be a member to use the tool. I have logged out of 23andme. I have re-booted my computer to make sure I was completely out. Marilyn
Marilyn, are you using the 23andMe log-in at DNAGedcom when you request 23andMe files? You must be VERY patient with these files as it can continue to process in the background even when your screen goes away.
