A new genetic cousin overlaps with two known cousins. Among the known cousins, one is Paternal (PatCuz), one is Maternal (MatCuz). I'm working on the idea that the new cousin must be a Paternal Cousin - his segment doesn't fully cover PatCuz's common segment, but his segment does fully cover MatCuz's segment. Thooughts?
