Do you have an old-style ID identifier of a single word, instead of your email address? I had that problem a while ago. In fact I had both and the system could not decide who I was. -Belinda -----Original Message----- From: genealogy-dna-bounces@rootsweb.com [mailto:genealogy-dna-bounces@rootsweb.com] On Behalf Of B Griffiths via Sent: Tuesday, 27 October 2015 1:35 AM To: Rob Warthen <rob.warthen@dnagedcom.com> Cc: genealogy-dna@rootsweb.com Subject: Re: [DNA] The New 23andMe Thank you for your reply, Rob (and the others who have confirmed they can access the 23andMe site with no problems) Unfortunately, clearing cookies doesn't help (and I do usually search for the site, rather than using any saved links). I've tried logging in with both Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge (and an ipad) and get the same result in each case. I've also tried changing my password. As it was around the 21st October that I started being unable to log in, and I notice, from the Help pages, that some information has been changed as of that date, I do wonder whether they have already begun to make the other changes and perhaps something in that has affected my account. But, if no-one else is reporting the same, then I guess I shall just have to wait until I hear back from them, and hope it's something easily fixed.
