I thank you for all the feedback and suggestions. I've looked at this from a 20 thousand feet altitude and am beginning to drill down. Some of the matching anomalies seem to be centered around at least two pileup regions of mine- one on chromosome 15 and another on chromosome 22. When I get a chance to play around with that- it may take a few days- I will respond. It is too early for me to draw conclusions. Thank you, again. David Schroeder
