As I said in my original post, I had thought that James Gibbons, Sr. and Judith Lewis were Elizabeth's parents, but as I now believe they were married circa 1646, it would be kind of hard for Elizabeth and Luke to marry circa 1642. So, now I am left without knowing exactly who the parents were. In addition, now I know that James and Judith had a daughter named Elizabeth who was born April 23, 1652 in Saco, Maine. That Elizabeth married a John Sharp, Nov. 14, 1667, Saco, Maine. Thought: Elizabeth Gibbons was about the right age to be James' sibling? But I don't know anything about James' family.
