I have a Jabez HITCHCOCK b. ca 1782 Connecticut, d 22 June 1875 Palmyra Township, Portage County OH, m Lavinia/Lovinia/Lucinda UNKNOWN. An article about Jabez HITCHCOCK indicates he was an early settler of the Western Reserve and was from Litchfield County. I'm trying to trace him back.
