I am looking for information on a Phoebe Scott, born in Conn around 1790 - 94. Phoebe had a brother Rev. Tracy Scott. Her father was Lewis Scott, mother possibly Orphelia. If anyone has some ideas, I'd certainly appreciate it. Thanks.
