Hello Everybody, I am trying to assist my cousin in researching our g.g.grandparents. They were Henry Aldrich and Sarah Peck. The 1880 census shows them as living on Sandy Brook Rd. in Colebrook, Ct. May possibly have come from Canton Ct. Does anybody have any ideas? Marriage Register, Local history etc. etc. We believe that all members of the family were buried in Colebrook, but no graves have been found. Does anyone have a listing of abandoned cemeteries in that area? We have heard that one such cemetery was flooded to make way for a lake or water storage facility. Any help would be appreciated.
