Hi everyone, Does anyone have any information on Mark Bassett born Milford, CT? He died after a fall from the roof of the New Haven Jail circa March 7,1891. He was employed as a mason by Lyman N. Treat, builder and had been so employed for 25 years. He resided at 52 Gilbert Street, New Haven at the time.He served in the 3rd & 6th Regiments Infantry, CT Voluteers in the Civil War. His wife was Jennie Orcutt. Would like to find parents and siblings. Allan D. Gagnon
