I wonder if anyone would happen to be going to the CT State Library soon and wouldn't mind doing a look up for me? I'm looking for Lena Julia (Shaw) Hernandez who I believe passed away in CT in 1929/1930 in the Hartford/E. Hartford area. Also curious to know, if SS started in 1927 (I think), how long would a person have to live to be listed in the Index? I have a relative who passed away in 1934 who is not listed and had a SS #. Any thoughts on the subject? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks, Pat Z.
