I am 64 yo , have been doing this ' lifeswork ' for 12 years , so am by no means a ' newbie ' !! , I am related to many of the first families of Hartford , And I need to find the records of birth marriage death and burial for a few of them , I am wondering if anyone knows if there are any extant copies of the First Church records available ..... The book ' History of the First Church in Hartford ' by George Leon Walker seems to say there are none to be had , was he correct ? ..... I mostly need the birth of Lydia Mason ( bapt. aug 2 1696 ) daughter of John Mason that married John Seymour , I need " Proof " !!! ' got help? ' , Phil Stevens , living in Lynnwood WA
