John & Joseph Chubb from Marlboro, MA ( note says that John was not the son of Joseph). Joseph Chubb b. ca 1691, d. 1731, age 41 yrs. Joseph & Mehitable Chubb were bapt. in the Church of Christ, 14 Jun 1719, Ashford, CT, Joseph for the 1st time and Mehitable for the 2nd, as she had been bapt. in infancy. Joseph and Mehitable (Presson) Chubb, had the following children born in Ashford, CT: 1. Caleb Chubb, b. 6 Sep 1715; 2. Persillah Chubb, b. 4 Jul 1718; 3.
