The White Star Line was part of Cunard I found info on the ship that brought my grandfather to America in 1881 at http://www.fortunecity.com/littleitaly/amalfi/13/ships.html I believe Cunard also has a website and tho it was down for a while, it was supposed to have been up and running again in June 99.
