Sandy, There is no Soundex for CT 1860; meaning that you will need the entire roll. To know which microfilms you need, you consult the "Catalogue of 1790-1890 Federal Population Census Data" which should be available from whomever orders your microfilms. The 1860 Census is numbered M653. The CT, Hartford rolls are 77, 78 and 79. The CT, New London rolls are 89, 90 and 91.
