He might have lived in the CT area of Stamford, but I really have no idea about this. Most of my research has to do with his wife's family which was in the area since 1630. Yancey Eugene SHAVER born Dec. 2, 1915, died Oct. 3, 1977, his wife Mildred Louise WEED, born 1917, died 1966. I hope I don't offend any one with this request, I am mostly interested in their ancestors. This is what happened. I was working on my husbands mom's family WEED, when I came across an entry from the Internet for Yancey. Shaver happens to be my maiden name, so this really peaked my interest. I doubt this is the same Shaver family but I would like to see if I can find out for sure. Thanks for any help Sue (Colorado)
