Hello again kind folks in Connecticut! I have just found out that my great-aunt Jennie REED/REID (m: Quackenbush) was born in Pomfret, Windham County, CT. Would I have to write to the correct town to ask for copies of records (birth certificate, etc) for her ..... and if so, does anyone know what TOWN Pomfret would be in??
