    3. This query concerns George Wyllys, Gentleman in England from Fenny Compton Warwickshire who sent his steward Williams Gibbons to Hartford in 1636 "with twenty domestics and indented servants" to purchase property for him and prepare a house for him. Two years later, in 1638, George and his party also arrived there . He became prominent in Hartford affairs and the government of the colony, becoming Governor in 1642. The question is, Does anyone know of a source that spells out what ship he and/or his steward arrived on, its name, and passenger list. Need both the 1636 voyage and the 1638 one. Any information concerning these ships and passengers would be very much appreciated. Averill
