I will definitely get back to you, if I find any of your "L" names. The early Tuttles landed at Rumney Marsh next to Boston, MA in the early 1630s, but they went up north to Essex County and parts of Middlesex County in MA. Andover is in northern Middlesex County, which is in that general area. They then moved on to New Haven, CT. Co-founders would be a fair description I gather as several families moved there all at the same time. You might want to subscribe to the NOVA SCOTIA list, which has been very helpful to me in my research, especially if any of your folks became Loyalists. The listers up north from my experience seem to be more helpful than any other list and they should be commended for their friendliness, cooperation and generosity. Merry Christmas. Regards, Bill. Family names being researched: TUTTLE, PINGREE, WEATHERBEE, STETSON, ELLERSHAW, COTE, LEFEBVRE, WESTHAVER William R. Tuttle, Esq. [email protected]
