Hartford County), m. in 1822 to Melissa HUMPHREY d/o of Lot and Chloe (MOSES) HUMP HREY. Cloe MOSES was d/o Michael and Thankful (CASE) MOSES. Orson WELLS died 1862, age 61 in Bloomfield, Hartford, CT., and is buried in Mountain View Cemetery in Bloomfield, Hartford, CT. Orson and Melissa WELLS had the following children; 1) Ester WELLS b. abt 1823/4 (m. Charles SMITH); 2) Victor WELLS b. 18 Nov 1824 (m. Minerva COOK and second, Caroline GREEN?); 3) Amarilla (Marilla)(m. Samuel HUBBARD); 4) Lucy Ann WELLS b. abt 1825 (m. William Wadsworth CASE, s/o Hezekiah and Susanna (ADAMS) CASE); 5) Emma WELLS b. 1831 (my line) (m.
