She was murdered, and William Sr. married Mary Soledad Juarez Kovner, who had three children from a previous marriage, Peter, Alfred, and Gabriel (Harry). I heard that William Jr. and his step brother Harry were pretty close. William Jr. died I think in the early 50's, leaving behind a wife and a few kids.
