hello, I am researching a number of lines, some mine, some Edwins, that came out of CT. I don't know which county any of them came from except John Whittlesey. I would love to hear from anyone who knows anything about these people. I do have some information on each of their lives and am glad to share it with other researchers. for now I'm just listing their CT period. Azariah Ross b. abt 1792 CT m. in Ohio Polly Chittenden b. 1790-1800 John Hall Whittlesey b. 4 Jun 1778 Wallingford, CT m. in CT Sally Chittenden b. 9 Oct 1782 CT I strongly believe Sally and Polly were sisters. Catherine ______ b. 10 Jan 1815 in Ct, m. Samuel Harpending Lovila A. Day b. 25 Jul 1803 CT all of these people left CT for Ohio, some eventually moved even further west-Lovila ended up in Montana, as did Catherine, who, after Samuel's death married widower Ephraim Marsh, b. 1788-1790 CT/VT. hoping someone can break down at least one brick wall. we do know Lovila's parent's names, but no one elses. Lovila's parents were Eliphalet Wright Day and Abigail Moffitt. the Ross's and Chittenden's are mine, the Days and Harpending's are Edwins. thanks for reading this, and for any help finding these people.
