Hi, I am trying to find the marriage date of Maria Althouse. At this point i am not sure if she was married in Ct or Berkshire County in Mass. Another difficulty is the name of her husband. the census records have him spelled with several different names both first and last. He came to this country as Francois Broucker which filtered down in spelling to Frank francis and was buried under Ferry X. and last name which the family has spelled as Brouker, but he has been lested as Baker, Bunker (not Archie, of course) and Beker. Her first child that i can pinpoint was an infant who was born july 8 1860 and died on the 10th of july.debility premature., in Great Barrington, Mass. I will try to check in Berkshire County around Great Barrington, but i thought since she was born Salisbury, Ct in aug of 1837, that would be the place she might have married. Her parents were Jacob Althouse (born in NY), sorry i don't seem to have the mother's name any help will be appreciated. thank you Ginny
