My Tando is Rebecca Tando Landas born 1773 in Conn.. She was married to Peter Paul Landas born in Flanders, France. Here in Chautauqua Co., NY there is records of a Joseph A. Tando died 7/30/1853 infant son of John and Lucy Tando; and Newton Tando died 4/6/1849, 8 yr. old son of John and Mary Tando. Rebecce is my 4th great grandmother. This is all the information I have.
