My ancestor, Consider WHITE, is a challenge. I have a good outline of his life, wives, & children after 1783 but at blank before 1781 when he enlisted in the CT Second Line in Hartford, CT. His residence at time of enlistment is given as Sharon but no one can find any person of that name living in Sharon, or Hartford. The genealogist that helped suggested that he may have been brought by the stork. He had strong connections with the WASHBURN family and married Sarah W. shortly after the war. They moved to MA before 1800 and then to NY. where he died in 1837. Marjorie Chamberlin South Carolina
