This Samuel(Hotchkiss) is my ancestor's brother. Elizabeth Phelps has a very convoluted line and have researched it in the past as it ties in with my Crow-Gilman line. If anyone would like to know more let me know. Janice Betsey Hotchkiss' parents, Samuel and Elizabeth Phelps are my gggg-grandparents. I don't have a lot on her, but do have some on her siblings.
