Internet archives is not specifically a genealogy site. It is a site that stores scanned books (web sites, videos, music, etc.). You can search the text (books) for whatever you are looking for. I have found ornithology and other nature books, as well as many to the NEGHS vital records books for towns of Massachusetts. Rhode island vr's are there. It is not a database site where one can search for information on an individual unless the is a book about them. There are many family genealogy books. These books must be downloaded to your computer as pdf (or other formats) and you search the book for the info you want.
