I want to add more names to the CT list that seems to be going full bore right now. In New Haven, CT I am researching the Killoy and Walker families. In Fairfield and Bridgeport I am researching the Squires family. The Killoy's and Walker's are originally from Ireland and settled in New Haven and West Haven. I need the info on their tombstones which are probably located in St. Bernard's or St. Lawrence cemeteries. There are so many different Killoy's that I cannot figure out if they are directly connected to my great grandparents Michael and Elicia or Alice (nee: Keenan) who lived on Collis St. in New Haven. Michael immigrated in 1866. The Johnson James Walker family originated in Ireland and many descendants ended up in West Haven. The Killoy and Walker family joined when Catherine Killoy married Johnson J. Walker. My Squire or Squires family lived in Fairfield and I can get back to John and Esther Squires and their children on the 1850 census. John later moves with his second wife and two daughters to Rye, NY where he is listed as bedridden on the 1880 census. I feel that this Squires family probably connects to the immigrant George but cannot find the connector. Lynn
