    3. Hi, I am looking for any info on the Greenbacker family. All i know is that Adolph was born in Baden Baden, Germany 6 16 1859 died 9 2 1925in Meriden, Ct. (drowned in Hanover Pond) He had emigrated to Illinois with a town name of Blue something or other. Also the woman he married was a Christine Kisturer (sp) also may have met there but b Steinmaureyr Germany 2 18 1859 d 11 24 1923 in Yalesville Ct. Unsure if marriage was in Ill. or Ct. Adolph was a dairy farmer.They had a daughter named Jesse b abt 1883 d 1968 in or about Southington, Ct.. She was married to a Frederick Hempstead and they lived in Bristol, Ct. for many years and had 3 children (prob. born in New Haven) Looking for any further info on Adolph and Jesse.
