The Norwich Probate Office is located in: City Hall P.O. Box 38 Norwich, CT 06360-0038 USA. Telephone (860) 887-2160, and open Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM. They hold probate records from October 1748 to the present. While calling them seems unlikely for you, perhaps someone on the list who lives in or near Norwich can call them and determine if the records are there, and email you a transcription, or scan a photocopy and attach to an email, or purchase copies and mail them to you - less likely I expect given the distance.
