She was the daughter of Moses COOK, b. 23 Oct 1742, d. 5 May 1818. Married Elizabeth CONE (1st), 18 Dec 1765, b. 24 Sep 1744, d. 14 Aug 1851. I have proven my Mayflower lineage through Elizabeth COOK but the Mayflower Historian tells me that I must have her birth date. Thanks.
