Does anyone know whats going on with Heritage Quest? The download screen for census downloads arbitrarily appears or not with no discernible pattern. -- Gene Young Researching Young, Harer, Cox & Sallada With Legacy Family Tree http://myyoungs.atspace.com/index.htm

Using Mozilla in linux I could download a page from 1910 Haralson Co GA, but when I tried to download a page from 1900 Cleburne Co AL all I got was a blank screen. Went to a different computer running IE on Windows and got the same result. One thing you can do is right click on the image and save it as a gif file, but you're only getting about half the resolution. --

Odd; I d/l one using SeaMonkey and Win7 after the OP without incident. Also d/l one yesterday using XP and IE without incident. What I am noticing is that instead of saying NOTHING FOUND, the results page now gets me "This state is not yet loaded" which is just flat-out /wrong/. There may be no Claude Brown in NJ loaded, but there are a couple thousand BROWNs in NJ that *are* loaded. "NOTHING FOUND" was much more informative and accurate. Cheryl
