If so, do a searh/replace on the given name field, searching for your " marks and replace with the | character (a vertical line found in the uppercase field above the \). Then export the GEDCOM and import it into RM. I don't think RM will mess with that on the import. Then repeat the search/replace process in RM this time replacing instances of | with ".
