    3. Hi Andy, > I feel there is some misunderstanding. The present organisers of FHISO > won't play any larger role in determining what standards FHISO writes > than any other FHISO member. According to my experience on better gedcom there is one FHISO member that has the time to steer every discussion there and on stack exchange in the direction of a specific method, and I don't have the energy to counteract that, even though I think that a model should support more than one method. What I mean is that, as long as you allow this member to dominate these discussions, by sheer time, to me that means the the FHISO has a bias, and I expect a standards organisation to be as neutral as can be. When I want to do evidence based genealogy, collecting lots of receord data, using personas and what not, I expect that other members respect that as a valid method, even if it's not their choice. I expect that, because I do respect their methods too, even when they look way too complicated for me. That's what I call give and take. cheers, Enno
