Try Custodian 3 at http://www.custodian3.co.uk it's brilliant for storing your data whether it's Census or anything else !! You can download a trial to see what it can do. You can even set up your own subset databases for the special entries which haven't been covered. The entries in all the databases which number about 10 Access databases are saved in a main "names" database from which you can search for individual people. You can also import directly from a downloaded IGI file or 1881 Census File from Familysearch ... the same goes from VRI entries.
