If the abuse address is actually owned by a spammer, as in the spammer has registered the domain himself, reporting anything to that address will get you a whole lot of new email spam. With NNTP, the risk may be low, but with email, the risk is pretty high. -- Robert Riches spamtrap42@verizon.net (Yes, that is one of my email addresses.)

    1. What is an Obituary?
    2. As much as you love someone, recalling the details of their life at the time of their death is an overwhelming responsibility. For someone close to the person dying, writing an obituary is comforting by remembering the defining moments of an individual's life may bring comfort. Having the obituary already written and on file with your funeral provider, is not as difficult to do as you may think. What is an obituary? An obituary can be a very personal look at a life. It need not only be a summation of the public facts, but a glimpse of the uniqueness, when combined with those "facts," created a personality. Written by someone who is close to you, an obituary becomes an intimate view of what made you memorable to others. Written by you, it becomes your personal life's story. One detail that often escapes even the most thorough planner is to write an obituary. Writing an obituary is another thing, that can be taken care of in advance. How to write an obituary? Writing an obituary is often helpful when someone close has died or may be dying. An obituary can be as basic as containing only public facts about a person's life like their birth, family tree, their death. One can also include the persons photograph along with the vocational and personal interests he was involved with when alive. Through an obituary one can also relate your thoughts, experiences and memories with them. An obituary also contains a list of immediate survivors like children, grandchildren, spouse or siblings who were closely associated with the deceased. As an obituary also serves as a notification that an individual has passed away, it is best to check with the newspaper services if they have space. Composing the obituary has to be carefully done as it needs to appear few days prior to the memorial service.... http://groups.google.com/group/familytreesyvs

You won't be able to contribute to it or modify it, just read it. Ancestry itself will then take over all other RootsWeb functions. When I say that I should add, I developed it from the mythical and historical books on the Irish back to creation. So any line that anyone develops is only as accurate as the source from whence it came. I have recorded the name of every Sullivan I have found in the area where my gg grand was born. My attempts have been to identify the line of every one so I could eliminate the impossible. SInce I'm talking about 1790 I used the census to learn the names. Obviously the census is not perfect but we can't relay on what we don't have - only what we have. I believe in preponderance of evidence until disproven. Hugh
